Sessions are typically scheduled 50-60 minutes and offered via Zoom. Depending on your area(s) of need and goals, we may work together short-term, long term, or drop in session as needed. This will be determined during our intake. 

My rate starts at $175 per clinical hour. For in-home organization services, we can discuss various options during consult. 

Life coaching does not qualify for Superbills or Insurance.
